Member's Responsibilities
Active Member’s Responsibilities include:
1.
Attend a minimum of eight (8) meetings, tours or workshops annually.
(By motion this responsibility was temporatily suspended
until February 2006.)
2. Serve on at least one committee.
3. Serve as Head Hostess once every three (3) years and as Assistant Hostess
the other two years.
Head Hostess
As Head Hostess each member shall be expected to provide
a meeting place. If she chooses to use a place
other than her home, she shall be responsible for charges
incurred, if any. She shall work with the Second
Vice President
in making arrangements. In addition, she shall
be
responsible for providing beverages, napkins and a centerpiece
for the serving table.
Assistant Hostess
As Assistant Hostess (Active Members
and Associates when possible),
each member shall provide
refreshments
as
agreed on by the Head and Assistant Hostesses.
She shall assist the Head Hostess in any way
possible.
Annual Dues
Active $30.00
Associate $35.00
